Delivery can be arranged within 15 mile radius of ME16 ~ Maidstone, Kent. Unfortunately I can’t provide a personal delivery service outside a 15 mile radius but please click this link to try ShipLYNK for a delivery quote.
Delivery ~ Accessories
Postage and Packing (P+P) is charged at £2.90 per order unless stated otherwise. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post and are generally dispatched within three working days.
The original cost of the outbound postage will be refunded. However you are responsible for return postage costs.
Faulty goods must be returned within 4 weeks of purchase.
If you receive faulty goods and don’t do what they’re supposed to, or don’t match the description given, and you wish to return them, return postage will be covered by Restored to be Adored however you must contact us before returning by email to email@example.com.
Your right to cancel an order
You have the right to cancel an order within seven working days from the moment you place your order.
Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The goods you can’t return
There are some goods you can’t return if you simply change your mind, including:
- tailor-made or personalised goods
Cancelling a service contract
If you’re buying a service, such as a commission piece your deposit is non- refundable.
